• Being graduated from Universidad Catolica del Norte with Metallurgical Engineer Degree with over 25 years of experience in the field of hydrometallurgy, especially in solvent extraction and electrowinning plants, for copper.
• From February 1995 to February 2008, he worked for Congis Corporation as a Consultant to provide technical support to:

Mr. Guillermo Rodríguez – Chief Operation Officer of Asercomet Ltda.

• Being graduated from Universidad Arturo Prat with Industrial Engineering with 20 years of experience in operating SX/EW leaching plants and developing projects in this field.
• Over the past years, he worked for La Florida Mining Co.; Quebrada Blanca Mining Co.; Zaldivar Mining Co.; Applied Engineering Consultancy (ASIA Ltda).
• From June 2006 until now, he has joined Cemin, Catemu Plant as a Senior Metallurgist for LX-SX-EW Project.
