Project Details: |
The project company has entered into an agreement with a Mining Company which will provide it with exclusive purchase rights on copper ores at mining cost plus US$8 per metric ton. The Mining Company currently holds 28 mining concessions (in the process of incorporation) in La Plata of Copiapo in Chile, with total area of 75 square kilometre. The project company is going to build a hydrometallurgical processing plant with daily processing capacity of 5,000 tonnes copper oxide ores processing. The project company will sub-contract the processing of copper sulphide ores to its Strategic Partner. The Strategic Partner plans to build a flotation plant with daily capacity of 40,000 tonnes copper sulphide ores in La Plata. Strategic Partner underwrites half of the copper concentrates produced at market value and has first right of refusal to acquire the remaining half at the same time. |

Relincho Project,- Exploration Manager, leading a team of 12 people
From January 2007 to December 2008, Responsible for the exploration work, generated geological resource of 4.5 Million tones of copper metal in the measured and indicated category.
Teck Cominco acquired in August, 2008 for US$ 450 Million.
Regalito Project. - Consultant Geologist, leading a team of 9 people
From April 2001 to December 2006, Responsible for the exploration work, implementation of a program of 32,000 meters of diamond drilling and
achieve the modelling of the zone of oxidation and secondary enrichment, generating resources of 2.7 Million tones of copper metal in the measured and indicated category.
Pan Pacific Copper acquired in March, 2006 for US$ 137 Million.
